Hi—my name is Matrika and I assist Instabill's expert merchant account managers. We take Visa's Global Acquirer Risk Standards (GARS) and MasterCard's Business Risk Assessment Mitigation (BRAM) very serious, which is why Jason hired me, the new Risk Compliance Officer! As the first line of defense, I'm able to ensure that we take good care of our merchants and put you as our top priority.
When you submit our sign-up form on the website, I take the time to learn a bit more about your business so I know which of our merchant account managers will help your business the best. Not only did I create some of our training documents, but I also assisted in training most of our sales team, so I know their strengths when it comes to merchant boarding. Just like our merchants, Instabill's merchant account managers come from all walks of life too.
However, my job doesn't stop there! After I match you with an account manager, I'm there to support you through the entire underwriting process. I help your account manager with the underwriting process by reviewing applications, websites, and additional supporting documents. I help sort through the fraudulent merchants so the merchant account managers can spend more time helping legal merchant like you who deserve credit card processing solutions.
In short, you may not work directly with me, but you can rest assured that I'm here to make your experience with Instabill the best it can be!
